Production & Processing Times

Because many of our products are custom-made to order, our standard production timeframe is approximately 12–18 days from the date your order and any required artwork are approved.

Production times may vary depending on order size, design complexity, and seasonal demand.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been completed, it will be prepared for shipment.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Please note that our 12–18 day production timeframe does not include additional shipping transit time.

Custom Orders

For personalized apparel, flags, and other custom products, production begins once all required design details and artwork have been approved.

Any delays in receiving artwork, design approvals, or necessary order information may extend the estimated completion date.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to fulfill orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, production demands, or circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, remake and replace the affected product at no additional cost.
