Return & Replacement Policy

Fish Flags USA Apparel

At Fish Flags USA Apparel, we take pride in providing high-quality custom fishing apparel, flags, and marine accessories. We stand behind every product we manufacture.

All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds for custom-made products.

However, if a product arrives defective, contains a manufacturing error, or does not match the approved order due to a mistake on our part, we will remake and replace the affected product at no additional cost to the customer.

Replacement Requests

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs of the affected product.

Once we confirm the manufacturing issue, we will remake and ship the replacement at our expense.

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing ordered by the customer, changes of mind, or previously approved artwork and designs.
